Settlement of Guardianship William Derrickson |

In the Guardianship of William Derrickson Settlement
Andrew R. Derrickson, as Guardian now shows to the Court that
on the 7th day of March 1873 he received for said ward, from
the Sale of lands $200.00 and which is all that has come to
his hand for said ward; He further shows that he has paid out
on account of said trust the following services to wit.

Said Guardian further shows that he is now a resident of
Taylor County, Iowa, and that he was on the 12th day of July 1873
appointed by the Circuit Court of said Taylor County, Iowa, the
Guardian of the said William Derrickson and then and there gave
bond as such Guardian which bond was duly approved by said Court,
and he has charged himself in said Court as such Guardian with the above
sum as due his said ward, and he now files herewith, duly authenticated
copies of his letters of Guardianship, and of his bonds as such
Guardian taken and approved by said Court. He further shows that the
said William Derrickson is now residing with him in said State of
Iowa; and he asks that this be taken as a final settlement of said trust
in this Court.

me, the assigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County and being
duly sworn upon his oath says that the matters and things contained
in the foregoing report are true in substance and act.
