MY LAKE COTTAGE is a bit of a misnomer since this is the Derrickson family
cottage. The cottage is located on the
rural border of Indiana and Michigan near Angola,
IN and Lansing, MI. Our cottage is located on the very desirable Nipigon Beach just to the north
of the Indiana/Michigan border. | ||

The cottage has one bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer. There is a kitchen and sleeping
space for approximately 16. There is a jet ski dock and a boat dock. A small fishing boat is
included in the rental. The cottage can be rented on a weekly basis from June through September.
The minimum stay is 7 days and the cost is $600. A deposit of $300/week is required. Here are some photos of the cottage interior and exterior. | ||
