The ShOCwave: September, 2000

Hi gang... 
I am just updating my info on all RDC ShOC's... Trying to get a network of all of us established so that we 
can bounce ideas off one another and such... to further that aim, I am going to start putting out a monthly 
bulletin to all RDC's keeping them as up to snuff as I can about ShOC related items. 

See, it occured to me that we should all get together and share our ideas and experiences with each other. 
Somebody in one region may have a shuttle that has a problem they've never had to deal with before... 
somebody in another region may have had similar issues and can help... 

Communication. Open Doors. 

I'd like for someone to create an RDC-ShOC list that we could use to discuss ShOC issue and other things... 
anyone up to that challenge? :)
