The ShOCwave: November/December, 2000

Hi gang...

Welcome to another exciting ShOCwAvE! This month we have a few notable announcements to make... 
Election results confirm that Admiral Alex Rosenzweig will be our next Chief of ShOC. I will be serving as 
his Vice and Biff Bassett will remain as the ShOC webmaster. Alex will have more for you once the 
transition of ShOC records from Dennis and Denine have been completed.

Some updates on ShOC happenings...

Biff Bassett continues tweaking the new ShOC website... new backgrounds and more at:

An error in the START manual has crept up. It was inevitable :) In month Seven's list it states "Three 
copies of OTS for the CO and XO" and OCC should have been included in that but was not for some 
reason... so remember to tell your shuttles OTS and OCC! :) You can download the .PDF version at:

I'd like to take the time here to personally thank Admiral Dennis Gray for all his hard work and efforts on 
behalf of Team ShOC! Dennis is R5ShOC (in case you didn't know) and will still be with Team ShOC after 
the new administration takes over. Thanks Dennis! We luv ya! Thanks also to departing TEAM ShOC 
member Denine Sanders. May you find peace and harmony in your endeavors.

Each one of you sounded off at last month's request. I have decided to add a section here for y'all to gimme 
stuff to tell about what's going on in ShOC around the Fleet! I started it off with this and next month I'll add 
by region anything y'all want me to...
