I did this piece in a seminar with Karla Pendleton. She showed us her magic finger painting technique in a workshop at the Art Institute in Pueblo.

The hydragenea area was applied fairly heavy and then wiped out with our fingers. A brush was used to smooth and blend. What an enjoyable workshop!!! Also, I love her painting medium and her purples and pinks. They are so brilliant.
