Do not confuse issues.
Be aware of the signs of stress.
 Learn to predict upcoming circumstances that may be stressful.
Learn to predict the duration and repetition of stressful circumstances.
Learn to accept what you cannot change.
Learn to take one thing at a time.
Learn to give in once in a while.
 Practice relaxation exercises.
Work off stress.
Avoid self-medication.
Get enough rest and sleep.
Meditate.
