Keeper of oversized klee-kais

Jenny, Husky/Coyote Mix

I am jenny sure not a klee-kai. I know I look arrogant. I was. Had to be to raise these two fools. My mom brought one into my life. Didn’t like her. But we lived together. Then brought another one into our home. A male" how dare she. Had to contend with him also. This was back in the early 90s. both of them from early breedings . at that time was standards, on breed. Many things have happened over years, including changing of standards .no problem with breeders. Know one is in colo. Another in wash state. Breeding now small. Now this is my page to all that is out there and has a over-sized kid. Mine are, but couldn’t love them more. Know you can get on internet and talk to people who have klee-kais now. No-one has ever been there before with a page on oversized. And I mean over-sized. My female is 34 lbs. My male 46lbs. Both spayed & neutered. If anyone is out there and interested. Would appreciate hearing from you, concerning health problems, quirks etc. maybe something my mom and you could share, next pictures are of my problem children. Was hard getting them to pose. Thanx for looking in. Jenny

MOOCH

This is a little guy called Mooch. at least thats what his name is now. he came into my home thru the Colorado Springs All Breed Rescue. He is 10 to 12 yrs. old. I started out as a Foster Mom. He was my first foster. he had a history at his old age. picked up as a stray, brought to H.S. no-one interested in adopting him. Person at H.S. fell in love with him. little guy got kennel cough so he was put in back to be treated. Ironically he would have been treated for kennel cough & then eventually be put down. seeing as how he was not out on public view at that time. Little One had over-stayed his time at H.S. person there, got in touch with Lady from CSABR, who contacted me as Emer. Foster Mom. he came into my home as a Foster Dog Monday before Christmas. He had a lot going against him. Strange dog, holidays, I had two guys that didnt really care for others. had medicial problems, poor little guy had to have 6 teeth pulled. was under-weight, nails needed cutting. etc. BUT with all that going on, I have to say he is the sweetest pup I have ever run into. Not only sweet, but smart as hell. He is now over dentistry, shots blood work, has picked up few pounds & now is happy as can be. I finally adopted him.my-self. He just bonded with all in my home. didnt want him to go thru another rejection, at this point of his life. Plus he crawled into my heart. Guess Moochs story had a happy ending. Not allof these old guys out there do.Had CSABR not put him into my care as a foster, I would not even had known he existed., nor would he have known I was out there. they can be found on internet atColorado Springs All Breed Rescue. just take a moment to read their objective. real good people. sure Mooch will apreciate it. Will I Foster again? Yes, only not adopt.
