Torin, King of the Outlands.
Elisheva, Queen of the Outlands.

As founder and head of the guild I wish to present this proposed set of bylaws for the guild to look at and give their comments. All feed back on this will be looked at with an open mind. If better names can be suggested for the ranking titles, I will gladly change them. If you know of a brewer in the Outlands that may not have the World Wide Web available but would like to have input on or read these bylaws please provide their name and mailing address to the Chronicler of the guild and a printed copy will be sent via U. S. Mail. It is important to have as much input as possible in the structuring of our bylaws. As the comments come in these bylaws are subject to change and I hope to have a final draft to be voted on by the guild by spring or summer. Please continue to check back here at least once a week for updates as changes will be posted as they are included and feel free to comment as often as you like.
Thanks for your patience.
