Helping girls soar toward their future by contributing to society, developing values and individual potential, and relating to others.
In an effort to recognize truly outstanding contributions by individuals, families, community groups, and corporations, the Council asks for nominations of those who have made major contributions affecting the lives of girls. Tell the Council who they are by completing the appropriate forms and returning them to the Adult Recognitions Committee.
Service Unit Awards require service unit approval. These awards are Outstanding Leader and Outstanding Volunteer.

The Adult Recognition Committee determines if a certificate, walnut plaque, or laser plaque will be awarded based on magnitude and duration of support and previous community awards received.
