About TCE
I am Steve Brueggemann, the proprietor of TCE. I hold two bachelor of science degrees and I am pursuing an Executive MBA from Colorado Technical University. I have a strong background in technical documentation and information systems. I am proficient in HTML, Macromedia Homesite, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft FrontPage. I am also adept in the use of cascading style sheets (CSS) and javascript programming.
My business "niche" is providing solutions for small business web design needs. It's important to me to always keep the intended audience in mind and develop websites that are practical, attractive and user-friendly.
Working from my home office in Falcon, Colorado allows me the freedom to offer website design services to small businesses without the high overhead costs of large web design firms.
I am not a graphic designer
There are thousands of beautiful web sites on the Internet that were designed by a graphic designer who bought some web design software and turned out a web site. Unfortunately, these sites are often invisible to the search engines.
