These Web sites all work the same way. You click on the link and you are shown the site's home page. It explains the cause and invites you to click once more to view a page containing ads by sponsors. The sponsors make a little donation to the cause for each person that visits the page. On a selfish note, I had a personal conflict that I was trying to resolve: my encounter with H&R Block. At this point, I've given up trying to get a refund through the credit card company. But I am leaving my chronicle here as a warning to others. Beware H&R Block!
