Here are some suggestions:
Seek God's strength in prayer. If you can't find motivation to ask Him to stop you, begin by asking Him for the willingness to admit you are powerless over pornography. God will not forsake you!
Combat the Enemy's temptations just as our Lord did in the desert. Jesus was tempted three times. Each time the Devil tried to twist Scripture. Each time Jesus replied with Scripture. In Paul's metaphor about the armor of God he lists defensive items: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, and the helmet of salvation. The single offensive weapon is the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (cf. Ephesians 6:10-18, NIV)
Remember the example of Joseph when he was tempted by Potiphar's wife (Genesis 39:5-12). FLEE! RUN AWAY! You can use browser filters like Safe Surf, Cybersitter, or even the built-in ratings systems in the Microsoft Internet Explorer to block your access to ungodly Web content. Throw away pornographic materials TODAY. Magazines. Videos. Even the Victoria's Secret catalogs! Cancel your cable subscriptions to pornographic channels. Change the channel or turn off your TV when shows rated for "Mature Audiences" are being broadcast.
I think Paul sums it up best: "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things." (Philippians 4:8, NIV)
Consider joining Sexual Compulsives Anonymous.
Join some other kind of accountability group. Confessing the struggle frees you from its power over you. Bring it into the light and the darkness cannot prevail!
Take it one day at a time. Don't think about resisting temptations for the rest of your life. Think about doing it for today. If you slip, ask for God's forgiveness and start over. Don't listen to the sly murmurs of the Enemy that you can't do it. Especially resist his lie that you're a hypocrite -- God sets a high standard, and we all fall short, but that is no reason to say that the standard is flawed. Keep you sights high! The Christian life isn't a hundred meter dash; it's a marathon. It takes endurance. (See Hebrews 12:1-4.) You can do it with God's help!
