Pete owned a successful Home Improvement and Inspection company in Denver and Colorado Springs from before 1985 to 2000 inspecting and making all necessary repairs for smooth Real Estate transactions. Licensed himself as a Realtor in 1984 he worked with Re/Max Southwest in Denver and understands this business from all sides. Fellow Realtors often looked to his company to prepare their new listings for market.

	His experience working in, and then serving the Real Estate community, and his commitment to the education of his clients has set him apart from the crowd.
