PURERON Particle Filters

PURERON Particle Filters are compact, high performance gas filters for ULSI manufacturing with very high particle removal efficiency and exceptionally low outgassing.

Features:

Particle removal efficiency to 0.01µm
Maximum operating pressure to 3000psig(210kgf/cm2)
SS 316L Construction
Fittings - VCR, Swagelock, and MCG Compatible
Operating Temperatures available to 410° C
