Click on the Start button.
Click on Run.
Type in inetwiz and press the OK button.
Select the option I want to set up my Internet connection manually.
Click Next to proceed.
(If this is a new computer that has never been setup for a dial-up connection you maybe prompted to type in the area code. Type this in and click OK and then click OK on the next screen that appears) Enter your PCI local access number into the Phone Number Field.
(If you are looking for a number you can use to dial into PCI dial-up Internet service, click here to log in to the members section, access number search.) Uncheck the box that says "Use Area Code And Dialing Properties" or "Use Area Code And Dialing Rules".
Click Next to proceed.
In the User Name field enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
Click Next to proceed.
For the Connection Name we recommend erasing the default name that appears and call the connection "PCI".
Click Next to proceed.
If you would like the Internet Connection Wizard to set up your e-mail in Outlook Express, Select Yes, click Next and follow this link.
If you would like to use a different e-mail program, or do not want to setup e-mail at this time select No and click Next.
Click Finish on the Internet Connection Wizard.
At this point your computer should be ready to connect to the internet. You may click on Internet Explorer to visit websites and you should automatically be prompted to connect to the internet.
